Sketch Block, a free font by Artill, allows you to create a retro pencil style on your screen. The rugged looking font is perfect for logos, titles, posters and advertisements, especially when used with a paper style background similar to the one above. The font can be downloaded here.

    When i download the font. i get a screen that says “the quick brown fox jump…” what do i have to do to actually be able to utilize the font to write a banner or something?

  10. Well said! If I could write like this I would be well pleased. The more I see articles of such quality as this (which is rare), the more I think there might be a future for the Web. Keep it up, as it were.
